The act of self-defense is the utilization of reasonable force to defend oneself from an aggressor or attacker. It protects a person from criminal liability for the harm inflicted on the attacker. For instance, "the use of force", termed as legal in self-defense is only justified "when a person reasonably believes that it is necessary for the defense of oneself or other against the immediate use of unlawful force".   • Report crimes that occur in your neighborhood and school to the police.
